The Portuguese Jose Mourinho, the coach of the Italian team, Roma, called on the Barcelona leaders to sit at the negotiating table to discuss an urgent deal during the upcoming winter Mercato in January.
After the Roma match against Sassuolo in the Italian League, in which the capital’s wolves tied with a goal for the same, Moinho accused one of his team’s players of treason, but he did not reveal his name at the time.
After that, the aforementioned player was revealed, the Dutchman Rick Karsdorp, who was excluded from the last match for Rome before the World Cup, where he bid farewell to his colleagues after the club insisted on selling him in the winter Mercato. Now the Portuguese coach is looking for a replacement.
He went on vacation after saying goodbye to his teammates and traveling with his family to Amsterdam taking advantage of the World Cup break, a move understood as confirmation of his farewell to Roma, who are determined to sell him in January.
So Jose Mourinho called on Barcelona to request the immediate loan or eventual purchase of Hector Bellerin to replace Rick Karsdorp at right-back.
Since then, Mourinho has been looking for options and, according to Estadio Deportivo, has settled on Hector Bellerin, whom he knows well from his time in London and who has no minutes in Xavi Hernandez’s Barcelona matches. The Portuguese coach considers Bellerin the most suitable player for his style of play.
Roma was a bit late in the process, as Bellerin had already agreed with Betis to move to them when his contract with Barcelona was terminated.
